Explosion-proof Electro-hydraulic Drum Brake DYW Series

It is suitable for the mechanical brake of lifting, transportation, metallurgy, mining, port and construction machinery movement devices.

The brake is composed of a yoke, an excitation coil, a spring, a brake disc, an armature, a spline sleeve, and a mounting screw. The brake is installed at the rear end of the flange (or motor) of the equipment. The transmission shaft and the spline sleeve are connected with the brake disc.

Conditions of Use

The altitude of the working place does not exceed 2000 meters.

Ambient temperature: -20～+40℃.

The relative humidity of the air is less than or equal to 80%.

The pollution level of the surrounding environment is allowed to be level 3.

Use in underground coal mine environments permitted by the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations".

Applicable power supply is three-phase AC power supply, 50Hz, 380V, 660V, 1140V.
