The structure and performance of YJA series hydraulic rail clamp

Oct 07, 2024

The circuit of the track clamp is interlocked with the main machine travel circuit, that is, the trolley travel circuit can only be connected after the clamp of the track clamp is fully opened.

The opening of the rail clamp depends on its own hydraulic system. Its working method is: through the rail clamp control circuit, before the main engine travel mechanism starts to travel, only the power supply of the rail clamp's oil pump motor and solenoid valve is turned on, and the pressure oil enters the front chamber of the oil cylinder, pushing the piston and compressing the spring to open the clamp. (The internal circuit of the pump station unit of this product is fully connected. On-site only needs to provide the pump station unit with AC380 / 50HZ power supply. Other voltages must be indicated before ordering)

After the clamp is fully opened, the power supply of the oil pump motor is cut off by the limit switch (but the solenoid valve remains energized at this time), and the main engine travel motor interlock circuit is connected at the same time, and the main engine can start to travel. After the oil pump motor is powered off, the hydraulic system maintains the pressure of the one-way valve and the solenoid valve, thereby ensuring that the clamp is in the open position. If the rail clamp is to clamp the rail, the solenoid valve should be powered off to allow the pressure oil to flow back to the oil tank. (This hydraulic pump station unit only needs to cut off the input AC380V voltage) When the pressure oil flows back, it passes through the throttling effect of the throttle valve on the integrated block. To this end, just adjust the black screw in the middle of the NV valve on the upper side of the valve seat below the motor (the nut on the NV valve is loosened, and the black top screw is adjusted clockwise to slow down the release speed, and counterclockwise to speed up the adjustment speed), so that the closing time of the clamp can be adjusted at will. (This time should be greater than the time it takes for the trolley to stop running. The factory time of this rail clamp has been set, and it does not need to be adjusted normally)

Due to internal leakage in the hydraulic system, after the clamp is opened, the opening degree will gradually decrease. After a period of time (called the pressure holding time), when the opening degree decreases to a certain extent, the limit switch will cut off the time relay and connect the power supply of the oil pump motor. Once the oil pump motor is powered on, it will quickly replenish oil to the cylinder, so that the clamp legs return to the fully open position. At this time, the limit switch will cut off the power supply of the oil pump motor and connect the power supply of the time relay. In this process, because the limit switch of the rail clamp and the trolley travel relay are interlocked, it will not affect the normal travel of the trolley.
