3, used to install the brake long shaft size please use JIS0401 H6 or JS6 specifications. Use one of the keys specified in JIS B1301-1959 for mounting shafts.
4. Taking into account thermal expansion and other factors, the thrust of the installation shaft should be selected at 0. 2MM or less.
5, please adjust the mechanical suction gap to within 20% of the specified value during installation.
6, please keep the bracket light, do not use the brake bearing to bear too much pressure.
7, for the assembly of screws, please use the spring metal sheet, adhesive, etc., to prevent relaxation.
8, the use of the mechanical side of the frame to maintain the lead at the same time, but also the use of terminal board for true connection.
Maintenance method:
In order to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the electromagnetic brake, it is necessary to maintain and maintain it frequently:
1, often add lubricant to the moving part of the electromagnetic brake.
2, regularly check the length of armature stroke. Because in the running process of the brake, due to the wear of the cutting surface, the travel length of the armature will increase. When the armature travel length does not reach the normal value, it must be adjusted to restore the gap between the brake surface and the turntable. If the armature stroke length increases above the normal value, the suction force may be greatly reduced.
3, if the worn brake surface is replaced, the gap between the brake surface and the turntable should be properly adjusted.
4, often check the tightening degree of the bolts, especially to tighten the bolts of the electromagnet, the bolts of the electromagnet and the shell, the bolts of the magnetic yoke, the bolts of the electromagnet coil and the wiring bolts.
5, regularly check the mechanical wear of the moving parts, and remove the dust, hair and dirt on the surface of the electromagnet parts.
