The installation steps are as follows:
1. Install piston seals and pistons.
2. Install caliper bracket, brake caliper (temporary installation), positioning bolt, copper washer, brake hose and connection bolt.
When attaching the brake hose to the caliper, care should be taken not to allow the hose to touch the bump on the brake caliper. Tightening torque of caliper bracket bolt is 35N·m;
Tightening torque of connecting bolt is 30N·m.
Note: Hoses must be arranged correctly to ensure safe operation of the motorcycle, and new copper washers must be used.
3. Remove positioning bolts and calipers.
4. Install friction block spring, brake friction liner, brake caliper component and positioning bolt.
5, fill the tank with brake fluid, pay attention to the brake fluid will corrode the painted surface, or plastic parts, be sure to immediately clean up the spilled liquid.
