When the driving device is not moving, the pads on the brake arm tightly hug the brake wheel under the action of the main spring tension, and the mechanism is in a stopped state. At the same time, the left and right brake arms are opened to separate the left and right brake pads from the brake wheel, and the brake wheel is released. When the driving device loses power, the main spring resets and drives the left and right brake arms and brake pads to press against the brake wheel, so that the brake wheel of the mechanism and the shaft stop running to achieve the purpose of braking.
