QP series pneumatic caliper disc brake

Pneumatic brakes are widely used in the deceleration, stopping/braking of low and medium torque drive mechanisms. The brake can also be used as a tension brake on winding machinery, such as paper web tension control, newspaper publishing tension control, steel coil unwinding control, wire and cable coil unwinding tension control, etc.

Conditions of Use

1. Ambient temperature: -20℃~+40℃

2. Working pressure: 5-7bar

Main performance and structural features:

1. Spring brake, pneumatic release.

2. The overall structure is simple, small in size and light in weight.

3. Non-asbestos brake pads, green and environmentally friendly.

4. The brake pad is installed by a compression spring, which is convenient and quick to replace.

5. It is convenient and simple to adjust after the brake pad is worn out.

6. One disc diameter of each type of brake can be adjusted in four levels of braking force distance.

7. All power sources do not need to be set separately, and can be used in conjunction with existing air compressor stations. The speed control valve is installed in the air supply line, and the braking time can be adjusted steplessly.
