Why does the brake react slowly

Aug 22, 2024

Why the brake will react slowly, there are probably the following aspects:

(1) The pedal is too far away.
(2) The brake fluid in the master brake pump is too little, or the hole is blocked by impurities, the master pump parts are aging and expanding, and even deformed or trampled over.
(3) The brake master pump parts wear so badly that it causes loose oil leakage, the oil return valve is not sealed well, and the spring of the oil outlet valve is broken.
(4) The aging of the brake branch pump parts, the piston is blocked, and the living parts of the branch pump are badly worn, resulting in loose connection and oil leakage.
(5) Brake shoe wear is severe, brake gap is relatively large or the gap is not installed.
(6) The brake drum is not round, causing grooving or wear phenomenon, the outside of the brake shoe is stained with oil, the burning rot becomes very hard, and the rivets are more obvious.
(7) There is oxygen inside the brake system, or the temperature inside the brake is too high, and the brake fluid in the pipeline is vaporized, resulting in air resistance.
(8) The tubing is not round, the connection is not too tight, oil leakage, hose aging, fracture or impurities blocked.
