Two-Step Actuation Mechanism:
The brake operates in two distinct stages for enhanced safety and control.
- First Stage: Applies a lower, adjustable torque for smooth deceleration, reducing mechanical stress during initial braking.
- Second Stage: Engages a higher torque for secure holding or emergency braking, ensuring stability when the load is stationary.
The interval between stages can be adjusted (1–15 seconds) via a one-way throttle valve in the hydraulic circuit, allowing customization for specific operational needs.
