QP CQP SERIES PNEUMATIC DISC BRAKES

APPLICATION
●QP、CQP Series pneumatic disc brakes are widely used for speed reducing, stopping/braking of the low or medium torque driving mechanism. The brakes can also be applled as tension brake on winding machines, such as: paper-web tension control, news paper publishing tension control, steel unwind control, wire and cable reel unwind tension etc.

MAIN FEATURE

●QPO is normally closed design- spring braking; relbased by pneumati; CQPD is normally open design pneumatic braking,relased by spring, Brako force can bo adjusted by required air pressure,
●Compact structure and small size, light. It is easy to control and operate.
●The linings are of inserting Isallation style and non-asbestos. It Is oasy to be roplaced.
●Isallation;' tbe brake is oither horizontally mounted or vorially mounted. While it is used at horizontal shoft, the brake can bo positioned within any angel around the disc, but deally they should be mounted norlzontally (in 3or 9o'dlock position); whileit is pled at vertical shat, no angle Is required. Per disc can bo flted oither ane br ake or two and morg.
When two or more brakes are ppled, symmotrially Installation is rocomimended.
●It noedn't sot all power source separatoly, wllDe connectod with air comprssor station, and the braking time can be stopless adustment with speed control valve in the gns line.

OPERATING CONDITION
●Ambient temperature: -25℃- + 40℃
●Operation air pressure(Max.): 7 bar
●Air requirement: dry and fiterd comprossed air, excluded corrosion gas.
●Speclal requirements can be discussed before production.
