DYW SERIES CLOSED-DESIGN EXPLOSION PROTECTED ELECTRO-HYDRAULIC DRUM BRAKES
DYW series explosion-proof electro hydraulic drum brake can be widely used for deceleration and stop/braking of various mechanisms in various belt transport, port handling, hoisting, metallurgical and building machinery which have explosion protected requirements. It adopts advanced technology and has the characteristics of reliable performance, strong adaptability, simple operation and maintenance, etc. The main components include motor, hydraulic pump station, brake shoe, brake wheel, etc. When the motor drives the hydraulic pump station to work, it can push the brake shoe to contact with the brake wheel through the action of oil pressure, so as to achieve the purpose of braking.
Description
APPLICATION:
The DYW series electro-hydraulic drum brake system is designed for use in coal mining applications, specifically for belt conveyors, winches, and other mining equipment transmission systems. These brakes comply with the standards set by the National Safety Sign Center for mining products, ensuring they meet rigorous safety requirements.
The DYW series offers not only a thruster with a safety sign certificate but also provides a separate safety sign certificate for the brake itself.
In terms of replacement capabilities, the DYW series brakes are designed to be direct substitutes for the BYWZ5 brake model without requiring any modifications to the installation dimensions or center height. This feature allows for seamless upgrades or replacements without significant alterations to the existing machinery setup. The interchangeability ensures that maintenance, upgrades, and replacements can be performed efficiently and with minimal downtime, making it a practical solution for operations requiring high reliability and safety compliance.
STANDARDS COMPLIANT:
●The connection dimensions and braking torque parameters of DYW series brakes are inaccordance with GB6333-86 standard.
●The technical requirements are in accordance with JB/T6406-2006,Mt912-2008 standards andenterprise standard Q/ZYBC02-2019 standards.
