The disc brake actuator is mainly composed of brake caliper, caliper frame and brake disc. The brake disc is fixedly connected with the winch drum of the main engine, and the caliper frame is fixedly connected with the winch base. The upper ends of two levers of the brake caliper are respectively connected with two brake pads, the middle of which is connected with the caliper frame, and the lower ends are respectively connected with the hydraulic cylinder piston and the oil cylinder. The brake pads of the brake caliper are arranged on both sides of the excircle of the brake disc. When the piston and the oil cylinder move relatively, a pair of brake pads are driven by the levers to make opening and closing movements, so as to brake or release the brake. This hydraulic disc brake device has the following disadvantages due to its structural form.
Description

1) The brake caliper assembly is installed on the back of the clamp frame, and the brake is fixedly installed on the clamp frame along the winch axis, so the positioning dimension of the clamp frame in the winch axis is very strict, and the installation is time-consuming and laborious, which often cannot fully meet the design requirements.
2) Brake pads and oil cylinders of brake caliper are not covered by brake disc and caliper frame, and are easily eroded by sand and mud and oil in drilling operation, which affects their service life. The new type of hydraulic disc brake device includes actuator, hydraulic control loop, control mechanism and so on. Its actuating mechanism is mainly composed of brake disc, brake, clamp frame, etc. The brake disc is fixedly connected to both sides of the winch drum, and the top and bottom of the clamp frame are respectively fixedly connected to the winch frame through a fixing plate.
It is characterized in that the brake is composed of a single-acting oil cylinder, brake pads, springs built in a cylinder barrel, etc. The single-acting oil cylinder includes a brake body (equivalent to the cylinder barrel of the oil cylinder), a piston, etc. One of the brake pads is connected with the brake body, and the other can move with the piston. The clamp frame is a bracket formed by welding two parallel vertical plates and a bottom plate, and the clamp frame is installed at the position where the brake disc is parallel to the two vertical plates and located between the two vertical plates. The brake is integrally sleeved in two opposite bearing holes on two vertical plates of the vise frame, the brake can float left and right along with the deflection of the brake disc on the slideway of the bearing hole, the axial position size of the brake is determined along with the position of the brake disc, and the two brake pads are located at both sides of the brake disc.
The hydraulic control loop and that operate mechanism of the utility model are the same as those in the prior art.. As an improvement, the upper part of the clamp frame is not equipped with a fixed plate, that is, the upper part is not fixed, which can reduce the overall height of the winch device. Working principle: When the oil pressure in the oil cavity of the single-acting oil cylinder is reduced until it is close to zero, the spring in the oil cylinder pushes the spring support, and the force is transferred to the brake pad to act on the brake disc, thus generating positive pressure and realizing winch braking; When oil enters the oil chamber of the oil cylinder and there is oil pressure, the piston drives the spring support to move, and the oil pressure overcomes the spring force to compress the spring, so that the brake pad is separated from the brake disc and the brake is released. Given the changing oil pressure, the braking force can be adjusted.
Because that brake can slide left and right along with the deflection of the brake disc on the slide way of the clamp frame, the difficulty of installing and position the clamp frame in the axial direction of the winch is reduced, and the eccentric wear of the brake pad caused by the deflection of the brake disc can be reduced. There is no fixed plate on the upper part of the clamp frame, which reduces the overall height of the winch. Due to the shielding of the brake pad and the oil cylinder by the clamp frame and the brake disc, the erosion of the oil cylinder and the brake pad by external wind and sand, mud and oil during drilling operation is reduced, and the service life of the disc brake is prolonged.
