QW, QWZ5 SERIES CLOSED-DESIGEN PNEUMATIC DRUM BRAKE
Application: QW,QWZ5 series pneumatic drum brakes can be extensively used for various mechanisms deceleration and stop/braking of various hoisting, belt transport, port handling, metallurgical and building machinery which are equipped with pneumatic source on site.
Description
STANDARDS COMPLIANT:
◆The dimensions and braking torque parameters of QW series brakes comply with JB/T6406-2006 and DIN15435 standrad, technology requirements comply with JB/T6406-2006 standard.
◆The dimensions and braking torque parameters of QWZ5 series brakes comply with GB6333-86 standrad, technology requirements comply with JB/T6406-2006 standard.
OPTIONS AND ACCESSORIES:
●Brake lining of various material are available for choice, including half-metal(no-asbestos) hard and half-hard, soft(include asbestos) substance.
●Limit switches and monitoring devices for(K1 or K2).
●Hand release lever(S1 or S2).
●K3 Lining-wear limit-switch, euipped which signals will shown wear of lining reaches the limit.
(note: self-compensation device should be equipped in application M.)
●Wear-self-compensation device(M), which realizes endless self-compensation of shoe clearance and torque when lining wears.
