Hydraulic Thruster For Crane Brake

The Ed series electro-hydraulic thruster is a drive control device with a very compact structure that integrates a motor, a centrifugal pump and an oil cylinder. It is widely used as the drive device of various block brakes and disc brakes, and can also be used for drive control of various industrial valves, gates, directional swing and rotation (<90°) devices (mechanisms) and clamping devices.

Working conditions:

1. Altitude: <2000m.

2. Ambient temperature: when -20℃～+50℃, use DB-25 hydraulic oil, when below -20℃, use YH-10 aviation hydraulic oil.

3. Relative humidity: ≤90%.

4. Work system: intermittent (S3-60%) and continuous (S1).

5. Power supply voltage: three-phase AC, AC380 50Hz (other power levels can be customized as required).

6. Cable: The specification of the power cable is 4×1.5mm², and the maximum conductor cross-section can reach 4×2.5mm².

7. When there are special requirements, negotiate and determine when ordering.

1. The shell is made of cast aluminum alloy, which is light in weight and beautiful in appearance.

2. The motor is of non-oil-immersed structure, with B or F insulation (according to user requirements). Good heat resistance and long life.

3. The motor junction box cover is sealed, and the cable stuffing box is used for wire entry, which is firm and reliable, and the electrical enclosure protection level reaches IP55.

4. The surface of the motor shaft and push rod are plated with hard chrome, which greatly extends the life of the seal.

5. The cylinder housing is equipped with a balance air chamber on one side, which allows the hydraulic thruster to be installed in any direction from 0-180°, thereby expanding its use range.

6. All seals and bearings adopt world-famous brand products, with reliable sealing and long service life.

7. Fasteners are made of stainless steel, beautiful and durable.
