YT1 Series Electro-hydraulic Thruster
The electro-hydraulic thruster is a very compact drive control system that integrates a motor, a centrifugal pump, and an oil cylinder. It is widely used as the drive mechanism of various drum and disc brakes, as well as the drive control of various industrial valves, pressure pipes, direction pendulum and steering (<90°) mechanisms and clamping devices.

Installation adjustment:
1. First, check whether the thrust marked on the product nameplate of the electro-hydraulic thruster is consistent with the required force. Clean the oil on the surface of the motor and the thruster and check whether the push rod rises and falls smoothly. Unscrew the oil filler plug and oil level plug, and inject pure hydraulic oil up to the screw hole. Then tighten the screw plug. According to different surrounding medium temperature, hydraulic oil is selected as required.
2. After connecting the lower part of the electro-hydraulic thruster with a pin, connect the connecting rod on the beam with a lever device.
3. After testing that the power supply matches the motor nameplate, correctly connect the motor connection pole to the external power supply.
4. Turn on the power, check whether the impeller is running flexibly and whether the push rod rises and falls smoothly.
