Compact Low-Inertia DJPZ Brake for Servo & Automated Equipment

DJPZ series DC electromagnetic motor disc brake is a dedicated integrated brake designed for direct assembly on the non-drive end tail shaft of Y/YEJ three-phase asynchronous motors, servo and stepping motors. Different from external caliper disc brakes, it adopts integrated flange direct mounting structure, perfectly matched YEJ braking motor complete machine production. Adopts spring normally closed fail-safe principle: energize DC to pull open the friction disc for motor free rotation; cut off power, strong springs instantly compress the disc to lock motor shaft for safe parking. Built-in manual emergency release handle for maintenance when power fails, widely applied in machine tools, lifting hoists, wind turbines, metallurgy, chemical, textile and automated production lines requiring precise positioning and safety braking.
