Crane Brake

Braking refers to controlling or limiting the operating speed of a mechanism. The braking device in the crane machinery is used to control the start and stop actions of the lifting and traveling devices, or to perform emergency braking on the mechanism due to mechanism failure (such as power loss, overspeed).

Due to the periodic and intermittent working characteristics of the crane, each working mechanism is often in a state of frequent starting and braking. The brake has become an indispensable part of the various mechanisms of the power-driven crane. It is not only a control device for the work of the mechanism, but also a safety device for ensuring the operation of the crane. Whether the brake is intact and reliable is the focus of safety inspection. The crane brake is installed on the shaft of the motor to brake the operation of the motor so that its operation or lifting mechanism can be accurately and reliably stopped at a predetermined position.

Henan Zhongyuan Brake Co.,Ltd was established in 2004 with a registered capital of 30 million yuan, located in Henan Changyuan Crane Machinery Industrial Park. It is one of China's earliest, largest and famous brake manufacturers, China's leading industrial brake manufacturer and supplier, and the brake production base of Henan Lifting Machinery Industrial Park. Brake products are widely used in heavy industry material handling equipment such as ports, steel mills, thermal power, nuclear power, hydropower, wind power, mines, shipyards, ship lifts, and railways.
