Electric hydraulic drum brake is a device that decelerates and/or stops braking by applying pressure on the brake wheel by brake pads (friction pads). During the braking process, the mechanical energy of the moving object is absorbed and converted into heat energy on the surface of the friction pair and dissipated to the surroundings.
YWZ5 series electric hydraulic drum brake for crane
Conditions of Use:
Ambient temperature: -20～50℃.
Relative air humidity: not more than 90%.
Where there is no risk of explosion, and where there is no gas or conductive dust that can corrode metal and insulation in the medium.
Generally used for three-phase AC power supply of 50Hz, 380V (products with different voltages of 50Hz or 60 Hz can be provided according to user requirements).

The necessary prerequisites for the normal operation of the brake are:
1. The relevant components that exert pressure on the friction pad and transmit it to the brake disc operate normally
2. The brake cladding pressure, the friction coefficient between the friction pad and the brake disc are within the design value range.
If any of the preconditions are not met, the brake will not work properly. If a failure occurs, the equipment can be partially or completely out of control, causing the load to fall freely, and/or causing personal injury, or even loss of life!
