This brake is widely used for deceleration or braking of mechanical driving devices such as lifting, transportation, metallurgy, mines, ports, docks, and construction machinery.

Conditions of Use

Ambient temperature: -20°C~40°C.

The relative humidity of the air is not more than 90%.

The altitude of the place of use conforms to GB755-2008.

There must be no flammable, explosive and corrosive gases in the working environment. Otherwise, explosion-proof or anti-corrosion products should be used

Working principle

When energized, the electric hydraulic thruster moves, its push rod rises rapidly, and the brake shoe is opened (released) by lever action.

When the power is cut off, the push rod of the electric hydraulic thruster is rapidly lowered under the action of the brake spring force, and the brake shoes are closed (holding brake) through lever action.
