Overview
The BEd explosion-proof electro-hydraulic thruster is a product exclusively introduced by our company from EMG GmbH of Germany. Its primary application is serving as the drive unit for electro-hydraulic block brakes. It can also achieve rapid reciprocating, circular, and oscillating motions via lever mechanisms, and is suitable for industries such as lifting, transportation, metallurgy, mining, port operations, and construction.
Its explosion-proof performance complies with the provisions of GB3836.2-2000 Electroexplosive Devices for Explosive Atmospheres – Flameproof "d" Equipment. With explosion-proof markings Exd I and Exd II CT4, it is respectively applicable to underground coal mines and locations with explosive mixtures formed by flammable gases or vapors and air, which belong to temperature classes T1–T4 and gas groups IIA, IIB, and IIC.
Operating Conditions
Altitude: Not exceeding 1,000 meters.
Ambient Temperature: -20℃ to 40℃.
Humidity: The monthly average maximum relative humidity of the wettest month at the installation site shall not exceed 90%, while the monthly average minimum temperature of the same month shall not be lower than 25℃. Condensation on the product surface caused by temperature changes is allowed.
Pollution Degree: The surrounding environment shall be of pollution degree 3.
Power Supply: Three-phase alternating current, available in voltage ratings of 127V/220V, 380V/660V, 660V/1140V, with a frequency of 50Hz (60Hz is also acceptable).
