The Ed30/5 series electro-hydraulic thruster is a compact and efficient power component, mainly serving as a driving part for drum brakes of lifting equipment and automation devices in various production processes. It is widely used in cranes, hoists, loaders and other equipment. The following is a detailed introduction to its core parameters, key characteristics and working principle:
Core Parameters
| Parameter Type | Specific Value |
|---|---|
| Force and stroke parameters | The lifting force is 300N, the stroke is 50mm, and the thrust is 1500N·cm. This parameter configuration enables it to provide stable power output for small and medium-sized braking or actuating mechanisms. |
| Electrical parameters | The standard power consumption is 200W. Under the condition of 400V/50Hz power supply, the current consumption is 0.5A. The common matching power supply is 380V three-phase 50Hz alternating current, and it can also be customized according to requirements to adapt to power supplies of different frequencies and voltages. |
| Physical and working system parameters | Its weight is about 14kg. It adopts the S3 intermittent operation system with a 60% duty cycle and can work continuously for 2000 cycles under this duty cycle. |
Key Characteristics
Wide temperature adaptability: It can work normally in the ambient temperature range of -20℃ to +50℃. It is recommended to use DB-25 hydraulic oil under standard temperature conditions; when the temperature is lower than -20℃, YH-10 aviation hydraulic oil can be used to ensure the fluidity of the hydraulic oil and the stable operation of the thruster.
Safety and stability: The explosion-proof type (Ed30/5 Ex) is also available for hazardous environments such as oil rigs and chemical plants. Its structure is designed to avoid generating sparks or excessive heat during operation, preventing ignition of flammable and explosive substances in the surrounding environment.
Easy to install and maintain: It has a compact overall structure, which is convenient for installation in narrow spaces. Meanwhile, it operates with low noise and low vibration during work, reducing wear and tear of parts, thus minimizing maintenance needs in daily use.
Working PrincipleThe Ed30/5 series realizes power conversion and transmission based on electro-hydraulic integration technology, and the specific process is divided into two stages of action and reset:
Action stage: When the thruster is energized, the built-in motor starts to work and drives the hydraulic pump to operate. The hydraulic pump pressurizes the hydraulic oil in the oil chamber. The pressurized hydraulic oil pushes the piston to move linearly, and the piston then drives the push rod to extend outward. During this process, the hydraulic system converts the rotational energy of the motor into the linear thrust of the push rod, and finally outputs 300N lifting force through the push rod to drive the brake or other actuating mechanisms to complete the corresponding action (such as opening the brake).
Reset stage: When the thruster is de-energized, the motor and hydraulic pump stop running, and the pressure of the hydraulic system drops rapidly. At this time, relying on the elastic force of the return spring configured in the thruster, the piston and push rod are pushed back to their original positions. The push rod retracts synchronously, and the driven brake or other mechanisms also reset accordingly (such as the brake clamping to achieve braking).
