1. Whether the hinges are stuck or worn, and whether the fastening points are tight or not.
2. Whether the movement of each movable part is normal.
3. Whether the crane hydraulic system is normal.
4. Whether the wear between the brake wheel and the brake belt of the crane is normal and clean.
According to the inspection, determine whether the crane brake is normal, and decisively stop the operation with fault. At the same time, the crane brake should be regularly lubricated and maintained. In order to ensure the safe operation of the crane, the crane brake must be adjusted frequently to ensure the working requirements of the corresponding mechanism.
