The brake is generally only used on the passive wheel for direct braking, which can effectively prevent the rolling displacement of the braked wheel under the action of wind. Disc spring brake is adopted for the brake, which is driven and released by the hydraulic station. It has compact structure and small maintenance workload. The friction material used does not contain harmful substances such as asbestos. It is an advanced and efficient windproof brake product.
The structure of the brake is shown in Figure 2-1, and its working principle is as follows: when the pressure oil in the hydraulic station enters the brake oil cylinder through the control of the solenoid valve, the hydraulic oil further compresses the disc spring and pushes the piston rod to drive the two brake arms to open to both sides, and the braking torque is eliminated; When the solenoid valve is powered off and reset, the hydraulic oil returns to the oil tank of the hydraulic station under the action of spring force, and the spring force is applied to the braked wheel through the brake arm through the piston rod to establish the specified braking torque.
