Structural Forms
The YZ series high-pressure hydraulic station is mainly distinguished by the structural form, installation position, and cooling method of the motor-pump unit:
- Upper Vertical Type: The motor-pump unit is vertically installed on the oil tank cover plate, primarily used in fixed displacement pump systems.
- Upper Horizontal Type: The motor-pump unit is horizontally installed on the oil tank cover plate, primarily used in variable displacement pump systems for easy flow rate adjustment.
- Side-Mounted Type: The motor-pump unit is horizontally installed next to the oil tank on a separate foundation. This type can be equipped with a standby motor-pump unit, mainly used in systems with an oil tank capacity greater than 250 liters and a motor power greater than 7.5 kW.
