The structure of YP series brake system is shown in Figure 1, and its working principle is as follows: when the mechanism is cut off and stops working, the drive device of the brake also cuts off (or delayed power off) and stops the drive (thrust elimination), then the spring force of the brake spring is transmitted to the brake tile on both sides of the brake arm to generate the specified pressure and establish the specified braking force and moment to play the braking effect; when the mechanism is powered on, the brake propeller is also powered on and quickly push the push rod. Force the brake spring to compress further, and the brake arm opens outward to the sides. Make the brake tile brake overlay away from the brake disc, eliminate the pressure and braking torque of the brake overlay, and stop the braking action.
YP series brakes are equipped with advanced spacing automatic equalization device, pad wear automatic compensation device, tile automatic positioning device, and manual release device to facilitate installation, maintenance and release brakes in emergency. Various limit switches or induction proximity switches can be installed according to the need, and through PLC control, to achieve fault display (interlocking), liner wear limit indication (interlocking) and other auxiliary functions. It is an advanced product that is basically free of maintenance.
