DCPZ series electromagnetic caliper disc brakes are widely used for parking or deceleration braking of small and medium-sized drive mechanisms.
Conditions of Use:
Ambient temperature: -25℃-40℃
The altitude of the place of use does not exceed 2000m.
There is no explosive dangerous medium, gas and conductive dust that can corrode metal and damage insulation in the surrounding working environment.
Use indoors where the relative humidity of the air is not greater than 90% or under rain and snow protection devices.
The power supply voltage is AC380V/50Hz.

Installation of electromagnetic caliper disc brake
First check the brake discs and brake pads for sludge or other stains on the brake surfaces.
Connect the electromagnet to 380V, 50HZ power supply, make the brake in the open state
When installing, install the brake pads into the brake disc in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the brake disc. Then fix the base horizontally on the rigid machine base so that it is in line with the thickness center of the brake disc.
