APPLICATION

●Electromagnetic drum brakes can be extensively used for various mechanism deceleration and stop/ braking of various belt transport, port handling, hoisting, metallurgical, mining and building machinery.

STANDARDS COMPLIANT
●The dimensions and braking torque parameters of MW(Z) series brakes comply with JB/T7685-2006 standard.

OPERATING CONDITION
●Ambient temperature: -20℃ - +40℃
●Relative humidity:≤90%
●Volitages: AC 380V 50Hz; The MWZ product is a DC power supply with a rated voltage of 220V.
●Sea level lltude for application should not exceed 2000m.
●Working condition: No risk of explosion conditions, gas and electricak angstrom which will corrode metal and damage the insulation.
●Special requirements can be discussed before production.

MAIN FEATURE
●Safe and reliable performance, smooth braking, high operating frequency.
●Main hinge points are equipped with self-lubricating bearing, making high fficiency of transmission,long ser vice life. Cubricating is unnecessary during operation.
●Brake closes in case of power failure (Fail-Safe Principle). Braking by spring power.

●Equal back distance device, avoid brake liner fioating brake wheel.
