YT1‑90/8 series is a conventional, piston‑type electro‑hydraulic thruster (also known as electro‑hydraulic pusher), widely used as the actuation device for various industrial drum brakes, wheel brakes and mechanical holding mechanisms.
Basic Identification
Model: YT1‑90/8
Type: Electro‑hydraulic thruster / pusher
Structure: Open‑type, oil‑immersed motor
Function: Provide thrust to release spring‑applied brakes
Key Parameters
Rated thrust: 900 N
Working stroke: 80 mm
Standard voltage: Three‑phase AC 380 V, 50 Hz
Protection class: IP44 or IP55
Application: Matching with YWZ, YWZ2, YWZ4, YWZ8 series brakes
Working Principle
When powered on, the submersible motor drives the impeller to produce hydraulic pressure.
Hydraulic pressure pushes the piston and push rod to extend, providing thrust.
This thrust is used to release the brake.
When power is cut off, hydraulic pressure disappears; the return spring retracts the push rod, allowing the brake to close.
Features
Simple structure, reliable performance
Stable thrust, low noise
Suitable for frequent operation
Easy installation and maintenance
