APPLICATION
●YW-L Series Electro- hydraulic Drum brakes can be extensively used for deceleration and stop I braking of various mechanisms in various belt conveying, port handling, hoisting, metllurgical mining and building machinery,

MAIN FEATURE
●Brake lining is of clamped integral forming structure, which is easy and quick to replace.
●Interlocking shoe clearance balancing device and shoe auto-aligning device constantly equlize the clearance of brake shoes on both sides and make adjustment unnecessary, completely avoiding brake lining one side sticking to brake wheel.
●Main hinge points are equipped with self-lubricating bearing, making high fficiency of transmission, long seryice ife.
Lubricating is upnecessary during operation.
●Enclosed spring tube protects spring from damage and contamination.
●The Ed series thrusters are characterized by flexible action and long operating lfe.
●Brake closes in case of power filure (Fail-Safe Principle), Braking by spring power. Liting by thruster.

STANDARDS COMPLIANT
●The dimensions and technology requirements of YW-L series brakes comply with JB/T6406-2006 standard, braking torque paramelers comply with DIN15435 standard.
●This seres brakes are mainly used tor minor ntalalationoroom and where Yw, YWZ9, YWZ4 senes cant be installed.
●They are equipped witnEd series thrusters which comply with DIN15430 standard.

●Ambient temperature: -20℃-+ 50℃
●Relative humidity:≤90%
●Voltages: AC 3 phase 380V, 50Hz ( Other voltage can be made as required )
●Operating duty: Intermittent ( S3-60%. operating frequenvy < 1200 times/ hour ) and continuous (S1).
●Special requirements can be discussed before production.

OPTIONS AND ACCESSORIES (SELECTION)
●Brake lining of various materials are available for choice, including half-metal (no-asbestos) hard and half-hard,soft (include asbestos) substance.
●Limit switches and monitoring devices for (K1orK2)。
●Hand release lever(S1 or S2).
●K3 Lining-wear limit-switch, equipped which signals will shown wear of lining reaches the limit.
(note: self-compensation device should be equipped in applicationM )
●Automatic wear adjustment (M).
●When use such thrusters that with descending delay valve, the delay close of brake can be realized, which can meet requirement some specific occasion.
●We can produce various normally open, explosion- proof and non-standard brake as you required.
