YZ Series Hydraulic Station For Hydraulic Rail Clamp
The YZ series hydraulic station is mainly used as the driving power source of the hydraulic rail clamp, providing stable and controllable hydraulic power for the rail clamp. It is suitable for all kinds of outdoor rail lifting machinery, windproof braking under working state, and auxiliary windproof under non-working state. In addition, it can also be used for windproof braking or preventing swing of outdoor crane self-propelled lifting trolley, and positioning braking of belt conveyor unloading truck.
Description
Structure and composition
YZ series hydraulic stations are usually composed of the following main components:
- Pump device: equipped with motor and oil pump, is the power source of the hydraulic station, the mechanical energy into the power of hydraulic oil.
- Integrated block or valve combination: the direction, pressure and flow of hydraulic oil are adjusted. The integrated block is composed of a hydraulic valve and a channel body, and the valve assembly is a plate valve mounted on a vertical plate, and the pipe behind the plate is connected.
- Tank: semi-closed container welded with steel plates, used for oil storage, oil cooling and filtration. The oil tank is also equipped with oil filter mesh, air filter and other components.
- Electrical box: divided into two forms, one is the terminal board for setting the external lead, the other is configured with a full set of control appliances.
