The work of hydraulic spring-type rail clamp is that the spring clamps the rail under its own pressure. After the oil pump motor is cut off, the hydraulic system always keeps the clamp in the open position due to the pressure maintaining effect of the one-way valve and solenoid valve.
However, due to the internal leakage in the hydraulic system, after the clamp is opened, the opening degree will be reduced to a certain extent after a period of time. Under the action of the limit switch, the time relay will be cut off and the oil pump motor will be connected, and the oil cylinder will be replenished again to restore the clamp to the fully opened position. At this time, the limit switch will cut off the oil pump motor and the on-time relay. In this process, due to the time delay of the time relay, the interlocking relay of the cart walking is always energized, so it will not affect the normal walking of the cart, which is very important! When the solenoid valve is de-energized, the clamp automatically clamps the track to achieve the wind-proof braking effect and at the same time produce the rollover prevention effect. The rail clamp is connected with the crane in a floating way, which is convenient for rail centering and can meet the crane deviation requirements.
