YLZ SERIES HYDRAULIC WHEEL BAREKS ADOPTED DISC SPRING BRAKE

This design ensures a compact configuration while minimizing maintenance requirements. The friction material employed in this system is devoid of hazardous substances, including asbestos, thereby promoting environmental safety and operator health. Representing a sophisticated solution in braking technology, it stands out as an advanced and efficient wind-resistant brake product designed to meet high performance standards.

The configuration of the brake is illustrated in Figure. Its operational mechanism can be described as follows: Upon activation, pressure oil from the hydraulic station flows into the brake's oil cylinder, controlled by a solenoid valve. This hydraulic action further compresses the disc spring and propels the piston rod, causing the twin brake arms to pivot outward, thereby releasing the braking torque. Conversely, when the solenoid valve de-energizes and reverts to its original state, the hydraulic fluid retreats back to the hydraulic station's reservoir under the influence of the returning spring force. Subsequently, this stored energy is transferred through the piston rod to the brake arms, which then apply the predetermined braking torque onto the braked wheel.
