Characterized by stable pressure output, compact design, and easy integration, it provides reliable hydraulic power for braking, clamping, lifting, and linear drive mechanisms in medium-load industrial equipment. 1. Working Principle

The unit operates based on "electric drive → hydraulic pressure generation → pressure/flow regulation → power output," with a closed-loop control logic to ensure stable hydraulic supply. The core working process includes three stages:

1.1 Power Generation (Start-Up Stage)

When activated, the 380V three-phase asynchronous motor (power: 1.5 kW) drives the integrated gear pump (precision-machined steel gears) to rotate at high speed.

The gear pump draws ISO VG46 anti-wear hydraulic oil from the 40 L sealed oil tank through a 10 μm precision suction filter, converting mechanical energy into hydraulic pressure.

The oil is pressurized to the rated 15 MPa, and the pump delivers a stable flow rate of 4 L/min, forming high-pressure hydraulic oil ready for output.

1.2 Pressure & Flow Regulation (Stable Operation Stage)

A built-in relief valve (max pressure ≤18 MPa) limits the system pressure to prevent overpressure damage to hoses, cylinders, or actuators.

The integrated valve group (including directional control valve, pressure reducing valve, and check valve) adjusts the oil flow direction and pressure according to the host equipment's control signal.
