Operational Principle

When the motor starts, the pump quickly boosts the system pressure to the set value, pushing the brake cylinder to release the brake.

When braking is needed, the directional valve quickly vents, and the brake's built-in spring forces the friction plates to clamp down, achieving rapid stop.

In power failure, the operator uses the hand pump to generate pressure for emergency release or pressure maintenance during inspection.

Limitations & Notes

This is an intermittent-duty (S3-40%) unit, not suitable for long-term continuous high-pressure operation.

Requires regular maintenance: oil level check, filter replacement, seal inspection to prevent leakage and ensure rapid response.
