DYT series electro-hydraulic pusher is hydraulic drive device which integrates electricity, mechanism and hydraulics. t is widely used as drive and control device for various valves, pen stock, pendulum and steering mechanism in metallurgical, building.chemical, port handling machinery and cranes. It is a deal solution for replacing the traditional motor-driven pusher, oil cylinder with hydraulic station and air cylinder with air unit.
Description
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The electro-hydraulic pusher is a new type of flexible transmission mechanism, which is composed of the actuator (oil cylinder), the control mechanism (hydraulic control valve group) and the power source (oil pump motor etc). The Electro-hydraulic pusher can have various structural forms according to the siteinstallation space and the user's use. You can also customize the style according to the requirements ofthe user. The motor drives the bidirectional hvdraulic pump forward and reverse to outout the pressureoll throuoh positive and neaative reversals, and sends it to the oilcvlinder throuah the hvdraulic controvalve to realize reciprocating motion ofthe piston rod.
