Explosion-proof electro-hydraulic thrusters is a very compact drive device that integrates a motor, a centrifugal pump and an oil cylinder. It is widely used as the driving device of various block brakes and disc brakes, and can also be used for the driving mechanism of various industrial valves, gates, directional swing and rotation (<90°) devices (mechanisms) and clamping devices.
The main features of BED series explosion proof electro hydraulic thrusters:
1. The shell is made of cast aluminum alloy, which is light in weight and beautiful in appearance.
2. The motor is of non-oil-immersed structure, grade B or F insulation (according to user requirements), with good heat resistance and long life.
3. The motor junction box cover is sealed, and the cable stuffing box is used to enter the wire, which is firm and reliable. The protection level of the electrical enclosure reaches IP65.
4. The surface of the motor shaft and the push rod are specially treated, which greatly prolongs the life of the seal.
5. The cylinder shell is equipped with a balance air chamber on one side, which allows the pusher to be installed in any direction from 0 to 180°, thereby expanding its use range.
6. All seals and bearings adopt world-famous brand products, with reliable sealing and long service life.
7. Fasteners are made of stainless steel, beautiful and durable.
