The brake pads are mounted on a card within the structure, facilitating effortless and swift replacement. A variety of brake pad materials are available for user selection, including semi-metallic (asbestos-free) options that are hard and semi-rigid, as well as softer materials (both with and without asbestos), catering to different braking requirements.
An innovative interlocking mechanism balances the clearance between brake shoes automatically, ensuring consistent alignment and eliminating the need for manual adjustments. This feature effectively prevents the brake lining from adhering to one side of the brake wheel.
Designed for normally open installation scenarios.
