YWZ5 Series Electro-hydraulic Drum Brake

YWZ5, YWZ9 series of electro-hydraulic brakes can be widely used for deceleration and parking brakes in various lifting, belt transportation, port loading and unloading, and metallurgical machinery.

Its working principle is as follows: when the mechanism stops working when the power is cut off, the drive device of the brake (thruster) is also cut off or delayed at the same time, the drive stops, and the brake spring expands rapidly. The brake arm drives the brake shoe to generate braking force to perform braking. When the mechanism is energized and driven, the brake pusher is also energized at the same time, and generates thrust to push the lever, so that the brake spring is quickly compressed, and the brake shoe of the brake arm is driven to stop braking.

This series brakes can be equipped with an automatic pad wear compensation device according to user needs, so that the braking torque and retraction distance of the brake are always in an ideal state during work, thereby avoiding safety hazards caused by insufficient braking force due to brake pad wear. The series brake can also be equipped with a manual release device and a safety interlock switch according to the user's needs, so that the user can use it more safely and conveniently.
