TJ2 series ac electromagnetic brake is mainly composed of frame, brake sleeve, adjusting rod, spring, base, etc. The axle pin connects the frame and brake sleeve. The shaft pin is also connected to the base frame. An electromagnet can be installed on one side of the rack, and the main spring is installed on the top of the rack. In order to improve the coefficient of friction between the brake pads and the surface of the brake wheel, we installed replaceable asbestos brake bands. When the electromagnet is de-energized, the brake compression spring keeps braking. When energized, the clutch will happen and the machine will work.
