Application
QW series pneumatic drum brakes are widely used for deceleration or braking of mechanical driving devices such as lifting, transportation, metallurgy, mining, ports, docks, and construction machinery.
Standards compliant
The installation dimensions of QW series pneumatic drum brakes conform to DIN15435 and JB/T7021-2006 standards, and the technical requirements conform to JB/T6406-2006 standards.
Product advantages
a) The performance is safe and reliable, the braking is stable, and the action frequency is high.
b) The main swing hinge points are equipped with self-lubricating bearings, which have high transmission efficiency and long life. There is no need for lubrication during use.
c) Non-asbestos brake pads and brake pads adopt a snap-fit plug-in type. It is safe and reliable, easy and fast to replace.
d) Interlocking type and other clearance devices, always keep the shoe clearance on both sides equal during use, to avoid the phenomenon that one side of the brake pad floats to the brake wheel due to uneven clearance.
Conditions of Use
1. Ambient temperature: -20℃ -50℃.
2. The relative humidity of the air is not more than 90%.
3. There should be no flammable, explosive and corrosive gas in the surrounding working environment. Otherwise, anti-corrosion products should be used.
4. Anti-corrosion products should be used for outdoor rain and snow erosion or corrosive gases and media.
