BYT1-320Z/20 Explosion-Protected Electro-Hydraulic Thruster
BYT1-320Z/20 is a flameproof (Exd I Mb) heavy-duty electro-hydraulic thruster for explosive hazardous areas (coal mines, chemical plants, etc.). It's the explosion-protected version of YT1-320Z/20, with sealed explosion-proof chamber for all electrical parts.

Z: Vertical mounting, with load spring
20: Rated stroke 200 mm

2. Working Principle
Same as standard YT1 series, but with explosion-proof enclosure:
Power ON: Motor drives centrifugal pump, builds pressure, extends rod (3200 N, 200 mm) to release brake.
Power OFF: Pressure drops, brake spring retracts rod, applies brake (fail-safe).
Flameproof design: Contains internal sparks; no ignition of external explosive gas/dust.
