1. Adjustment of tile back distance
To adjust the back distance of the tiles is actually to adjust the stroke of the pusher. In the brake, loosen the locknut and tighten the brake lever clockwise to increase the compensation stroke of the pusher, otherwise it will decrease the compensation stroke of the pusher. Just adjust the compensation stroke hc to the specified value. If the compensation stroke of the pusher is adjusted too much, it is necessary to unscrew the compensation set bolt and take out the compensation sleeve. At this time, the dial pin is not hindered by the triangular plate and can rotate freely counterclockwise. At this time, the brake lever can be unscrewed counterclockwise, and finally restored, and the compensation stroke and automatic compensation device can be readjusted.

2. Adjustment of tile back distance equalization
The tile setback equalizing device generally does not need to be adjusted, and only needs to be adjusted after the initial or reinstallation. The method is to open the brake manually or electrically, and observe the back distance of the left and right tiles. If the setback of the tile on the right is greater than the setback of the left tile, loosen the set nut on the left and turn the adjusting bolt clockwise (or loosen the set nut on the right and turn the adjusting bolt counterclockwise), and observe the left and right The change of the tile setback. If not, continue until equal. The equal lever should be roughly horizontal, otherwise, the position of the brake base needs to be moved so that the centerline of the brake roughly coincides with the centerline of the brake wheel
