YWZ4-300 Explosion Protected And Electro Hydraulic Drum Brakes

YWZ4 series electro-hydraulic brakes are widely used for deceleration or parking braking of mechanical driving devices such as lifting, transportation, metallurgy, mines, ports and buildings. The installation dimensions and braking torque parameters conform to JB/ZQ4388-1977, and the technical requirements conform to JB/T6406-2006. Self-lubricating bearings are installed at the main swing points, and no lubrication is needed during use. Installation types of brake pads: riveting type and clamping plug-in type. 

The brake has four braking moments. During braking, an acceleration detector is used to control the pneumatic operating system and automatically adjust the braking moments, so that the braking can be stable under various load conditions.

Hydraulic brake is mainly used for controllable braking and parking of large electromechanical equipment such as conveyor. Because it adopts normally closed structure, it is braked by disc spring and released hydraulically, so it is also suitable for parking with various electromechanical equipment. It has the characteristics of reliable performance, convenient maintenance, light weight and fast response.

The commonly used brakes are disc brakes and drum brakes. In the early stage, drum brakes were widely used. In the later stage, because disc brakes were superior to drum brakes in family cars, most family cars adopted disc brakes at present.

The relative humidity of air is not more than 90%;
In a place where there is no explosion danger and there is no gas and discharge dust enough to corrode and destroy insulation in the medium; Generally used for 50HZ and 380V three-phase AC power supply;
The altitude of the motor installation site meets the GB755-87 standard; When the ambient temperature is below-20 C, the working fluid of the propeller is changed to YH-10 aviation fluid or a heater is required.
