YLZ series hydraulic wheel brake is professional wheel-side windproof safety equipment independently clamping crane wheel tread, specially designed for all kinds of outdoor rail-mounted heavy machinery. It adopts disc spring normally closed structure: hydraulic station supplies pressure to push brake shoes open for crane normal traveling; once hydraulic power fails or equipment shuts down, high-strength disc springs instantly clamp wheel tread to form reliable static holding lock.Different from YFX rail wedge brake clamping steel rails, YLZ directly acts on crane wheels without scratching rails, realizing dual anti-wind protection both during equipment operation and long-term parking. Widely matched with port rail-mounted gantry cranes (RMG), stacker-reclaimers, ship unloaders, outdoor metallurgical transfer trolleys and mining bucket wheel excavators.
