Unlike common fail-safe normally-closed brakes, it adopts a normally-open design-relying on electro-hydraulic force for braking and spring force for release-making it ideal for scenarios requiring frequent braking activation and rapid release. Working Principle

Electro-hydraulic Driving Principle: When an electrical signal is sent to the brake, it activates the hydraulic system. The hydraulic system applies pressure to the brake shoes, causing them to press against the drum. This generates friction, which slows down or stops the rotating shaft or wheel. When the power is off, the brake shoes release the drum under the action of the spring, and the brake returns to the normally open state.

Interlocking Clearance Equalization Principle: The brake is equipped with an interlocking retraction equalization device and a shoe auto-aligning device. These devices can always maintain the equal clearance of brake shoes on both sides, completely avoiding the phenomenon that one side of the brake pad floats to the brake wheel due to uneven clearance, thus ensuring the stability and reliability of braking.
