How it works
Energised - release
Motor drives the centrifugal pump; hydraulic pressure extends the piston/rod and releases the connected brake.
De-energised - return
The spring returns the actuator. The brake spring shall be the primary fail-safe force.
Controlled actuation
Stroke, lever ratio, spring force and cycle duty must be validated for the complete brake assembly.
Confirm required thrust after lever ratio, brake-spring force, lining wear, stroke margin and backpressure.
Keep the balanced cylinder orientation shown on the installation drawing.
Do not weld, tie or mechanically lock the rod in a way that defeats fail-safe return.
Supply voltage tolerance, duty cycle, ambient temperature and cable entry must be specified before order release.
