TWZ(B) SERIES INDUSTRIAL NORMALLY-OPENED DRUM BRAKES

Electro-hydraulic brakes are usually open and installed horizontally. They are mainly used for deceleration braking of gantry cranes and stacker swivels. TWZ(B) series brakes are controlled by foot pumps and can achieve unlimited braking.

Description

Main features:

1. The interlocking shoe clearance compensation device and the automatic shoe alignment device always equalize the clearance of the brake shoes on both sides and make adjustment unnecessary, completely avoiding the one-sided brake lining sticking to the brake wheel.

2. At the main hinge point equipped with self-lubricating bearings,
which makes higher transmission efficiency and longer performance life.

3. Brake linings of various materials such as semi-metallic (non-asbestos) hard and semi-hard, soft (non-asbestos) materials are available for customers to choose from.

4. It is mainly used for deceleration brakes on GM bridge vehicles and gantry cranes, as well as non-lifting winches.
