YW-E Electro Thruster Industrial Brakes

YW-E two-stage electro-hydraulic drum brakes are mainly used for the brakes of the traveling mechanism of cranes and the working brakes of belt conveyors. This series of brakes is a two-stage brake device. The braking time of the second stage can be adjusted by the one-way speed regulating valve, the braking is stable, safe and reliable.

Safe use of crane brakes

1. Before using the crane brake, the braking distance, braking torque and lifting capacity must be evaluated, and work can only be started after confirming normal operation.

2. After the crane brake is closed, the suspended object or the body should have a sliding distance in the unit cycle, that is, the inertial stroke.

3. When using this system, the braking distance is about 7% of the running speed (m/min).

4. The braking distance is about 1% of the lifting speed (m/min) of the lifting mechanism.

5. The crane brake must be able to reliably bear 1.25 times the rated weight.
