2. Working Principle
The thruster integrates an explosion-protected motor, centrifugal pump, and oil cylinder, adopting a normally closed design. Its operation revolves around the conversion of "electrical energy - hydraulic energy - mechanical force" to achieve braking and release actions. The specific process is as follows:
Power-On Release: When connected to 380V power supply, the built-in explosion-protected motor starts, driving the centrifugal oil pump to operate and generate hydraulic pressure. This pressure pushes the piston and connecting rod in the cylinder upward, overcoming the force of the brake spring, and then driving the brake shoes of the supporting brake to separate, completing the brake release action. It can stably maintain the thrust state after reaching the predetermined stroke.
Power-Off Braking: When the power is cut off or a power failure occurs, the motor and oil pump stop working, and the pressure in the hydraulic system dissipates. At this time, the specially designed disc brake spring releases elastic force, pushing the piston and connecting rod to reset quickly, driving the brake shoes to close, and realizing emergency braking. Meanwhile, its short closing time enables rapid response to the equipment's braking demand, ensuring equipment safety.
Overload Protection: If the external force on the piston rod exceeds the adjusted output force, or the piston reaches the end of the stroke while the motor is still running, the oil pressure in the pipeline will exceed the set limit. The relief valve will quickly relieve pressure through overflow, preventing the motor from burning out due to overload and protecting the safe operation of the entire machine.

The explosion-proof performance of this thruster complies with the GB 3836.2-2010 standard, adapting to various hazardous working conditions such as flammable, explosive, and dusty environments. Specific application scenarios are concentrated in the following fields:
