When using the adjusting screw, first make the brake fully open. When the brake is opened, loosen the tightening nut on the adjusting screw, leave the gap between the friction disc and the friction disc, and then tighten the nut.

Usage and Methods of Anti-Bias：

The anti-biasing device is mainly used for the first time installation adjustment. The anti-biasing device can correct a small amount of tilting installation, and the return spring can be used to return the left and right swing arms to both sides of the friction disc when the brake is open, and the friction gap and the friction disc can be always the same. Use the anti-biasing, also under the premise that the brake is fully opened the friction disc have enough clearance, adjust the length of the anti-biasing screw, so that the screw can withstand the swing arm to achieve the effect. This device is especially important when the brakes are installed horizontally. In the case where the horizontal installation does not enable the brake, the anti-bias can effectively solve the friction caused by the self-weight of the air head.

Usage and methods of Correction Device：

The correcting device is designed to prevent friction from being parallel. When the thickness of the friction lining is up and down, it can be adjusted by the correcting device. One plate is adjusted with the adjusting screw to adjust the parallel and opening gap between the friction plate and the friction plate.
