DLZ SERIES POWER-DRIVEN WHEEL BRAKES FOR CRANES

1. Application:

● Mainly used for outdoor large and medium-sized cranes and port handling machinery in the working state of windproof and non-working state of auxiliary windproof braking.
● Can effectively prevent the braking wheel from rolling displacement under the action of wind.

2. Working principle:

◆Through electric direct drive, realize the direct braking of the wheel side.
◆The windproof basis is similar to YLZ series, but with electric drive.

3. Main Features :

● Normally closed design: safe and reliable, disc spring force braking, electric opening, electromagnet maintenance, power loss automatic braking.
● Fully sealed structure: drive part is fully sealed, high protection level (IP65), long service life, small size, compact structure, easy installation.
● High performance friction liner: Asbestos free friction liner, high friction coefficient and stability, not sensitive to water and salt spray (seawater).
● Energy saving and environmental protection: The electromagnet is maintained in the open state, reducing the energy consumption of the brake in the open state for a long time; Electric opening mode to achieve oil-free, to avoid hydraulic oil leakage caused by environmental pollution.
●Anti-corrosion design : All fasteners and pins are made of stainless steel, with good anti-corrosion performance.
● Fast action: High transmission efficiency, accurate and rapid action.
● Manual release device: With manual release device, easy maintenance.

◆ Electromagnet control voltage and frequency AC220V, 50Hz
◆ Adaptive working system includes continuous working system S1-100% and intermittent working system S3-60%, working frequency is not more than 400 times /h
